COVID-19 TESTING PRICE
COVID-19 testing requirements and restrictions are always changing. Each individual is responsible for doing their own research since these requirements can change at anytime. Airlines or countries often require a certain window for the validity of your RT-PCR COVID-19 test result (such as if the window is from testing to landing,etc). It is the Individuals’ responsibility to determine this acceptable valid window of travel. Downtown Medical Group cannot guarantee any test as an acceptable test for any airline or travel destination. If you do not show for your appointment the full fee is charged. We do not offer refunds. The reason for this policy is to serve the most people who want to obtain testing. Please note that Same Day result returns by 11:59pm the same day and next day result returns by 11:59pm the next day.Please bring a photo ID such as driver's license or passport for verification of identity to your appointment.
All same-day or next-day turnaround COVID-19 testings are private-pay-cash or credit card. For selected COVID-19 testing thru insurance, an encounter visit with a physician is required. Please call our office at 415-362-7177 to schedule the appointment
Please note that Downtown Medical Group is committed to delivering results by the promised time. In the event we cannot deliver as indicated due to circumstances beyond our control such as equipment failure at the processing labs, etc., we will refund the price that you paid. Please book accordingly.
